The worst. First surgery, and after surgery I lost sensation in my nose. There’s a scar where the columella got crushed. The columella has receded. I ended up with a hooked nose + a cherry tomato sitting on the tip of my nose. I had a round face and looked younger. After surgery I ended up with a straight hooked long nose, so when I smile I look masculine. It’s extremely hard. Uncomfortable. I got inflammation and had it scraped out. The columella retraction was diagnosed by three hospitals. I still have no sensation in the skin of my nose after 8 months. They said they couldn’t take responsibility. Even when inflammation happened, I had to pay everything myself. They were only kind in consultation, but their skill is below average. Excessive manipulation left severe scar tissue. The skin is bumpy like mosquito bites, and one side is sunken deeply. My nostrils got three times bigger. My nose was much better before surgery.
