Whenever I said something, the director wouldn't listen halfway and kept talking only in the same pattern, like 'it's not like that~~~~~~~' and so on. Whenever I tried to ask something, I kept feeling like I was being scolded. The head manager was kind and nice! While waiting before the consultation, someone who had surgery said, 'My ear hurts, my ear hurts, maybe the shape changed?' and the director glanced over and said, 'Ah, no,' and walked off. I don't know what the aftercare will be like.
