I had a nose consultation, but I got it together with my eyes. My nose has columella retraction and drooping alar wings. I was diagnosed with a bulbous nose at another clinic and told I would need septal extension grafting. I was looking around at other clinics because septal extension surgery felt burdensome, and then I had a consultation with Director Seain Hwang Sehui. Once you go into the consultation room, the doctor carefully observes the nose and draws a sketch for you lol. Next.
