The doctor was a bit blunt, but not in a rude or bad way at all. He just felt like a blunt dad. The managers were all kind, and I could feel pride in the consultation from the director too, plus professionalism, so I decided to trust them and go ahead with surgery. But on the day of surgery, on the operating table, suddenly he said not to put in silicone. He said my skin was thin and it would show, and that bone reduction alone might be enough, so he suggested bone reduction. Bone reduction normally costs an extra 1 million won, but he said he would not charge for it and that it was okay to give back everything prepared for surgery that day, so I should think about it.. Then later he said if the bridge of my nose still seemed low, I should get fat grafting for the bridge of the nose (??) But he said that all suddenly on the operating table, not in the consultation room, so I was like... yeah, I already can't really go home now, and this Seoul National University PhD doctor kept saying he wouldn't even take the bone-reduction fee and kept recommending it, so I just went ahead as the director said, but there was no change in my nose.. What did I even have surgery for...? My ear cartilage was taken out and my ear became deformed, but if at least my nose had gotten higher, I wouldn't care about the ear deformity, but both the bridge and the tip stayed exactly the same, so it feels like I wasted 3 million won.. sigh... looks like I'll need revision surgery The consultation itself was all good, but once I actually had the surgery, it was below expectations.. And because of the risk of a medical accident, they only did about 10 minutes of sedation anesthesia and then proceeded with local anesthesia, so if you're scared of surgery, please keep that in mind
