I went for a consultation two years ago, and it felt like the consultation lasted almost over thirty minutes. It seemed very professional. They went through the whole surgery routine and explained the principles and details, so I felt confident. They have fixed pricing, so it seems there are no acquaintance discounts at all... very trustworthy.
