제이더블유정원비절개눈매교정Eye SurgeryOverall: 4.4/5

I went at 9 a.m. on a weekday, which is relatively early, but there were still a lot of people. They weren’t Chinese, but seemed English-speaking.. anyway, there were foreign patients too.. Maybe because there were so many foreigners, they even had a staff member dedicated to foreign patients. Interior and facilities: the whole building is a plastic surgery building. It had floors 1 through 7. Out of all the hospitals I’ve visited so far, this one was the prettiest ㅋㅋㅋ They seem to have put a lot of effort into the interior.. Location: get off at Samseong Jungang Station or Seolleung Station and walk there.. Usually plastic surgery clinics are clustered together, but around here there weren’t any other clinics, just this one standing aloneㅋㅋㅋ There’s a delicious ganjang gejang place near here too ㅋㅋ Consultation order: when I got there, the first thing was taking photos, consultation with the manager -> consultation with the doctor -> consultation with the manager Waiting time: long! The consultation was originally at 9, but I saw the manager at 9:30, and the doctor at 9:45.. Friendliness: I had a nose consultation with Director Seomangun, and he was very kindㅋㅋ He explained things in detail, repeatedly, in an easy-to-understand way.. Consultation fee: 10,000 won Surgery methods: nose - ear cartilage + septum (sedation anesthesia) eyes - non-incisional Estimate: nose (ear cartilage + septum) + nostril lowering - 4.73 million won non-incisional ptosis correction - 1.3 million won under-eye fat repositioning - 1.5 million won <Director Seomangun's nose consultation> I first had a nose consultation with Director Seomangun, who specializes in noses. He said my hump nose wasn’t that severe, and that there were two surgical options: either shave the hump down a little, or not shave it and instead add volume with ear cartilage and the septum. If the hump were shaved down, the nose would naturally become lower than it is now, and since the hump isn’t that bad, he recommended the second method. He also said that for men, having a little hump isn’t necessarily a bad thing.. and that there are many men who specifically ask to leave a slight hump.. It wasn’t going to be raised much, just a little, so it wouldn’t need that much material, and costal cartilage wasn’t necessary.. He said he’d use ear cartilage, but because he didn’t have enough ear cartilage, he would also use the septum. He said if only the tip of the nose were operated on, the nostrils would look raised and large, so nostril lowering would need to be done as well. Hmm.. but.. this was the first time, after visiting several clinics, that I was recommended nostril lowering..ㅋㅋㅋ At the end, the doctor said I should do the eyes rather than the nose ㅋㅋ Anesthesia: sedation anesthesia. <Director Kim Yeonjun's eye consultation> About 15 minutes later, I had an eye consultation with Director Kim Yeonjun, who specializes in eyes. First, he said if I did canthoplasty, my eyes would look more close-set, so I didn’t need it. He said the ptosis correction and double eyelid surgery would be done together, and that he would make a small naturally visible double eyelid with a buried suture method. I liked the line he designed. He said there was no need for under-eye fat grafting, only under-eye fat repositioning.. I thought under-eye fat repositioning was permanent, but he said if fat builds up again depending on the person, it might have to be done again.. Still, he said it lasts about 5 years.. I said I wanted incision rather than buried suture because I was worried the eyes might come undone, and he said incision was possible if I wanted, but since my eye skin was on the thin side, it probably wouldn’t come undone even with buried suture.. <Second consultation with the manager> The manager said nose surgery wasn’t really necessary.. They said the priority order was 1st eyes, 2nd facial contouring, 3rd nose.. Since my nose is already pretty, they said to do the eyes first rather than the nose.. They also said that for the cost, facial contouring would give higher satisfaction than nose surgery.. They don’t do facial contouring at Jeongwon, but hearing that made me somehow trust them ㅇㅇ
