I had a consultation for my nose and facial contouring. My cheekbones don’t protrude much, so they said there was no need to do that, and recommended square jaw surgery and chin advancement instead. They also said not to put silicone in my nose. Rather than making a huge difference before and after, it seems like they prefer a more natural result. It was different from what I had in mind, so I probably won’t go through with the surgery.
