I absolutely did not want an implant, so I only had the tip cartilage tied. The surgery ended without any issues, but please don't have high expectations for the tip cartilage-tie procedure itself. And I really liked that they didn't push me too hard. I regret so much not doing alar reduction when they said I didn't need it... I'm looking into alar reduction now... Still, I trust the doctor, so if I get revision surgery, I think I would come here.
