I went for an eye consultation, and the director felt like he was handling it very carelessly. I actually consulted more with the manager, and they didn't even show before-and-after surgery photos, it was just so-so. They also openly evade taxes by saying they'll give a discount if you pay cash. So I'm not going to have surgery there.
