The director explained things in a way that made me trust them. I wanted to make it as natural as possible, and they explained a surgical method that would make it natural, which felt like the direction I wanted and like they would do a good job?? Just a good feeling. The only thing was that the consultation manager said that because it would look too natural after surgery, if you want something glamorous you might be dissatisfied, but oddly enough that made me more interested.
