When I asked about things like eye correction, they explained the surgical process and I could feel their expertise. But maybe because they were busy, they didn't feel very friendly. Still, they had a seriousness and meticulousness that made me feel I could trust them with the surgery! Hmm, I wanted to talk more about whether they could make the line I wanted, but they just made a double eyelid line once and that was it, so I felt disappointed.
