The consultation manager was kind... The doctor also explained things in a calm, easy-to-understand way. The hospital facilities were good and the doctor has a long career, so I felt reassured. They told me clearly what was needed. The doctor explained things and then I talked more with the consultation manager, but there was a little pressure to make a reservation
