I went about two months ago, and my personal opinion is that the consultation manager was kind of... I had never experienced this at other hospitals, but they brought up capsular contracture that didn't even exist and tried to sell me surgeries I didn't need, so it wasn't a very good memory. The director was fine and didn't do that, but the consultation time was a bit disappointing. I had a lot of questions, but they got cut off, which was frustrating.
