The consultation content was very poor. There was no explanation about how the surgery would be done. Even though I had a CT scan, there was no additional explanation of the images at all, and the consultation manager talked about things unrelated to my nose condition, so trust disappeared. The only explanation I got was about the discount applied when the surgery opens.
