Even though I had made an appointment, I had to wait 20-30 minutes because the director’s surgery was running late. When I went in for the consultation, the manager suddenly told me to lower my mask without saying anything else, and the moment I took it down, she commented on my nose. She said my nose was low and the tip was blunt, then just told me to wait for the director. Then the director said I needed more work done, so I had to wait again.. Even though there weren’t many patients, the hospital atmosphere felt chaotic, and I wasn’t satisfied with the consultation because I felt there wasn’t enough explanation about the surgical method I would need. Personally, I felt both of them were bothered by the consultation, and because of that it felt insincere and disappointing..
