While looking around for revision rhinoplasty, I went because they said they specialized in difficult noses. My cartilage was almost all gone, and I went thinking costal cartilage was my last option, but the doctor was very confident (so I felt reassured). However, they said they would store rib cartilage in my chest for a second surgery, so before even having the operation I got a bit scared, and they said overcorrection would cause more swelling and a longer recovery than other places, so I’m thinking it over. The cost was also expensive, ugh. The manager was calm and charismatic. It doesn’t seem easy to get a surgery date. I’m still thinking about it.
