I came in for a consultation about revision surgery because the tip of my nose feels lifted. The doctor said we should do the bridge with rib cartilage and the tip with rib cartilage, and that if the tip doesn't drop as much as expected, they might even have to make an incision in the skin of the tip. I'm fine with rib cartilage scars and all that, but I'm a little hesitant because of warping, so I'm 고민ing. Rather than really looking at my nose, the doctor tended to show me previous photos and say it would turn out like this... so it felt less like a customized surgical plan for my nose and more like an explanation of a standardized method.
