The chief doctor seems stiff at first glance, but he answers every question. I think he is skilled. He seems confident in his abilities, kind of like Director Hanabi. If you write down your questions in advance and go, it feels like he will answer everything. He has the air of a real expert. You can tell it isn't just age for nothing.
