First of all, the hospital gave a very factory-like impression. From the moment I walked in, it felt chaotic, and when they tried to take pre-consultation photos, the digital camera apparently wasn’t working properly, so they took the pictures on a staff member’s phone and uploaded them to the computer. I went into the consultation room, but the consultation director was with someone else, so I was left waiting there for about 20 minutes. I had my first surgery at a factory-style clinic before, and even before surgery, I could already tell that if it was this chaotic and customer care was lacking, I could imagine what it would be like afterward, so I just left. The noses of the patients in the hospital lounge and even the staff’s noses were more flashy than the design I was aiming for, so even if other factors had been appealing, I probably still wouldn’t have booked.
