First of all, when I entered, there was no guidance from the staff, so I had no choice but to stand there for a minute. After waiting, I went up and spoke first. I thought maybe it was because the front desk itself was too high, but even when we made eye contact there was no 안내, and it was my first time experiencing something like that, so I was flustered. However, the head consultant was very kind, so I gave one more star. Even after the consultation with the director, the waiting time to speak with the head consultant was long, which was disappointing. I don't know what the surgery environment would be like, but the lobby and consultation room were quite cramped and far from a clean feeling. The director's consultation was not exactly kind, more like a bit high-handed, but they did answer every question. They gave little information on their own, so it felt like I would have needed to prepare many questions separately to get something useful. The director seems to prefer a glamorous style and also seems to like curved lines in the nose. When I looked at the before-and-after photos, they were different from the nose I want, so I decided not to have surgery here. The ENT director was a little kinder. For a deviated septum, they talked about it as a surgery that could be done or not done, which was different from other hospitals. I had decided to come here after seeing a model's nose, but in the actual consultation I felt a gap from my expectations in many ways. As for CCTV, they said it can be viewed with the police present if a problem occurs.
