I was worried because my nose was short and blunt, but they gave me a very thorough consultation tailored to that. I liked that the director reflected my opinions and spoke honestly, and they kept asking if I had any questions, so I was able to ask comfortably. The hospital felt bigger than I expected, and the facilities were neat and clean, which was nice to see.
