The hospital is near Gangnam Station and is extremely large. The facilities are clean, the recovery room is open 24 hours, and there are an enormous number of staff. But there are also a lot of people.. Even though I went for a consultation at my scheduled time, I still had to wait about an hour. Although I’m not sure if it was because they were seeing two people together, I spent about an hour in consultation with the director, and including the consultation with the manager, I received a very thorough consultation for about two hours in total. Director Im Young-min was kind, but he felt a bit inarticulate.. The manager seemed a little pushy, and the surgical method the manager recommended was completely the opposite of the method the doctor recommended, so I lost trust in the manager’s words.. The surgery the doctor recommended was cheaper, so my trust in the doctor increased. The downside is that the hospital is too busy, and Director Im Young-min personally does surgeries in every specialty, so he seems to be the busiest person there. I went for two consultations, both in the evening, and each time he was in surgery until 8 to 9 p.m..
