The manager is pretty and kind If the staff are grumbling, I wouldn’t want to have surgery there, but the manager was so kind The director wasn’t bad, but had no expression The explanation was good, and the ENT director was awesome Still, they shaped my nose line well like they said I’m satisfied for now
