I had nose surgery almost 4 years ago, and that doctor is not there anymore. One year after the nose surgery, the silicone had completely bent, so I had revision surgery; but it wasn't fully free, and they charged me 300,000 won for anesthesia, and they also removed more ear cartilage and used it without telling me in advance;;; Both the first and second surgeries were terrible; the silicone moved completely, and... my nose sagged... so I went to another clinic and had a third revision surgery. The doctor who did the third surgery said the inside of my nose was a complete mess and complained that there are a lot of doctors who operate in weird ways anyway.
