The consultation dragged on for an hour because I couldn't even tell what they were talking about. Every time I said anything, they kept finding fault with it as if they didn't like it. I waited 5 months to get the consultation, and the time I waited was a waste, and the cost is high in proportion. It's two or three times what I was quoted elsewhere. They have their own style, and if you don't do it exactly that way, they tell you to leave right away.
