I went for consultation twice, and the first time I followed the director's opinion. Contrary to the rumors, they were kind and the consultation was thorough, so I liked it. However, I was disappointed that the discussion was more focused on the side profile than on improving the front view or a wide nose and crooked nose. Still, they seemed to be very confident about that part. At the second re-consultation, I went to adjust it because I wanted to reduce the philtrum, but when my opinion differed from the director's, they got angry, and later said they wouldn't do the surgery, which surprised me. I know they have a good reputation, but I'm the one who has to live with that nose. I was disappointed by how they didn't listen to my requests and got angry. Still, I acknowledge how thorough they are and how good their line work is.
