It was hard just to get the consultation scheduled, but it was well worth the wait, and I am satisfied with the surgery too. The director is blunt and, in a way, can seem sharp, but when the surgical direction matches, it tends to go smoothly without any major issues. And you can definitely feel the professionalism. After surgery, they pay even more careful attention. If you've looked things up even a little, you've probably heard that their aftercare is good. They really check everything thoroughly.
