I went in for a consultation about revision rhinoplasty. I heard this place is notoriously hard to consult with. I called to book at the end of January, and as expected, they said consultations would only be available in July, but I put myself on the waiting list just in case and forgot about it. Then they contacted me to say a consultation was available, so I went with excitement. The interior looked clean. It wasn't crowded either, which was nice. I filled out the consultation chart, and unlike other places, there were four consultation guidelines(?) to read before meeting the director. I went in with high expectations after the manager said the consultation would take 1 hour 30 minutes. The director took photos himself, looked at the photos and talked about them, and told me to print out my own photo and draw the nose shape I wanted. I drew the nose shape I wanted, but the manager told me three times that I had to redraw it, and I still wonder why they told me to draw it in the first place if that was the case. In the end, the final nose shape was approved, and the director showed me people who had undergone surgery, saying, while showing a lot of them, that even if they do it like this people still complain. He also showed me people with noses similar to mine and said my nose would be a difficult surgery and that I should get surgery somewhere else, and the 1 hour 30 minute consultation ended. The manager and nurse were very kind. The director seems like an honest person(?). This is my honest review.
