I sat and waited from my appointment time for 1 hour and 10 to 20 minutes. I had expected some waiting, but it was a bit long The director explained things kindly and clearly said what could not be done could not be done. They also looked over the consultation carefully. However, if you do not understand what they are saying or ask a similar question to the one you already asked, they get angry
