Why is the rating so low? My nose was extremely bulbous, and even after one surgery it didn't improve, so I had revision surgery here. It turned out beautifully and I really like it, and the doctor definitely takes responsibility for aftercare too. They say nose surgery is risky anyway, so I just paid more and had it done properly at a place that does it right. I don't regret it.
