You definitely seem to have your own pride, but it feels like the doctor as an individual matters more than the patient. I went in for a consultation for revision surgery because of complications after surgery, but without even taking a CT or properly looking at anything, he just looked at the notes I had filled out before the consultation and said he didn't want to do surgery. Is that really something a doctor should say? When he checked inside my nose, he used some kind of clamp? instrument and spread it open so brutally that it felt like it was tearing apart, and I cried from the pain. I was already stressed about my nostrils being asymmetrical, and now they're even more uneven! And that clamp-like instrument was lying around on top of the desk, and I thought, there's no way they'd actually use that, but they did. I had thought that a long surgery time meant they must be doing things carefully, but after this consultation, what I felt was that the patient comes last, they're just pushing things the way they want while scolding you, and I even started wondering how sanitary the surgical instruments are. Personally, it was the absolute worst consultation compared with the reputation.
