They explained the importance of the columella in great detail. At other clinics, if I said I wanted to reduce my columella, they would vaguely say there are limits to the skin and that you won't know until you try surgery.. Here, I feel they are certain and that they'll improve it ideally. But it's a little scary that only this clinic seems so confident... I want to believe it's a difference in skill... lol crying I think the shape can be refined really well, but I do wonder whether it will be safe in the long run. The consultation was better and kinder than I expected. The price was beyond imagination, though..
