The consultation manager is kinder than the doctor here. I brought photos of the shape I wanted and got scolded. Then I came out and ended up crying in front of the manager. They say the surgery takes 7 hours, and in that time, with my open nose, between germs getting in and the risks of general anesthesia side effects, it just doesn't seem reasonable, so I'm passing.
