The surgeon explains things well, but the director is extremely rude. I still don’t really know about the aftercare, and I don’t get the feeling they take good care of you. Because of the director’s pushy tone and the way they didn’t respond kindly to questions, I’m even thinking about whether to go ahead with surgery. I’m waiting to see how the swelling goes down after surgery.
