I went for a consultation and exam for the purpose of cosmetic-functional surgery for a crooked nose. Based on the examination, they recommended several things, including osteotomy, septal cartilage rhinoplasty, tip plasty, and dermal grafting, among others. Putting the consultation details aside, I personally prefer a natural style, but looking at people who had already had surgery there, the noses seemed to me to have been made far too flashy and high, so it seems like they prefer a flashy look rather than a natural one.
