It was my first consultation, and I spent about 20 minutes with the director. They answered my questions kindly and also did a virtual simulation. The coordinator was kind too. But when I looked at the virtual line and the noses of the patient/coordinator staff, it wasn't the line I wanted, so I passed. Overall, it was extremely high and sharp.
