For a first surgery, I asked for natural results at the very end of the place known for its flashy style. I was going to avoid implants, but they used a thin 2 mm silicone. It was meant to improve the blunt tip of my nose, and I’m satisfied with that part being done naturally. They didn’t make it a pointy nose; it’s a straight, slightly rounded shape. Since everyone asks for a flashy line, that’s what comes out, but if you ask for it to be natural, they make it natural.
