The director consulted with me in great detail. While explaining the characteristics of my nose, he drew it out on paper and explained which surgical approach would be best. He also answered my questions well. The consultation manager was also very good.

I was just assuming they hadn't done a CT scan, but when I went in to consult with the director, they asked me whether I hadn't had a CT scan after all.. So I went back, had a CT scan, and then... maybe the staff forgot and didn't do it…
