Of the places I've gone to for consultations, this was the one I thought was the best, but I still had doubts about the surgery. I was told they would open the nose and, depending on the situation, additional materials could be added, so even though everything else was fine, that part made me hesitate a little Other than the surgical method, it wasn't bad.
