I was just assuming they hadn't done a CT scan, but when I went in to consult with the director, they asked me whether I hadn't had a CT scan after all.. So I went back, had a CT scan, and then... maybe the staff forgot and didn't do it? It was unclear.. Anyway, I waited a bit longer and then had the consultation.. They explained things in detail and were professional.
