It was not my first surgery, but a consultation for the nth time. The hospital seemed very busy, and the doctor did not seem like the type to actively lead the consultation.. They answered only when I asked. And it seemed like they preferred showing a bit of nostril and taking in a lot of columella. That part did not feel like a good fit for me. The director and the staff were kind. But the fact that this was the most expensive place among the consultations I went to, and that they seemed to prefer showing a bit of the nostrils, made me decide against surgery.
