First of all, the hospital facilities looked flashy and there were a lot of people waiting, so it did seem like a hospital that is good at noses. I came here because it’s said to be a great place for the philtrum area. Heh. It seemed like the director prefers a style that removes the philtrum. I didn’t want my midface to get longer, so I thought our styles might be different. lol When I told him the direction I wanted, he seemed puzzled. They did a nose Photoshop edit for me, so I could intuitively see
