This was the hospital with the lowest surgery cost among the places I consulted, so I even paid a deposit, but after seeing a large number of negative reviews, I got the deposit refunded. It took several days of back-and-forth with the manager to get it back, so it wasn’t exactly smooth, but I admit that I also canceled only a few days before the surgery.
