I had surgery here around January 2019, using donated rib cartilage + septal cartilage + ear cartilage / silicone for the nasal bridge. I got contracture, so I went around to different hospitals to look into reconstruction (the surgery itself was not wrong. It was inflammatory contracture). At every hospital I visited, they said the same thing: 1. The dorsal hump was shaved down too much 2. The silicone starting point is too high 3. The silicone length is too long (on the X-ray, it looks like it was inserted almost as if it would reach all the way to the tip of the nose, not just the bridge) 4. Nasal bone loss (;;;) is present If you like a flashy, obvious nose, this place might suit you, but I would not recommend it. If the doctor had been skilled, my bones would not have been damaged.
