I was satisfied because the director explained the strengths and weaknesses of my nose in a calm atmosphere and seemed to make an effort to understand my needs. I feel like the results will turn out well too. The consultation manager was also very kind, but they strongly try to make you put down a 10% deposit on the same day, so be careful. The downside is the price. It's way overpriced compared to other hospitals.
