I picked this place because I heard the director had a long career, and it really feels like he has the skill and experience that comes with it.. He explains things in a way that even someone like me who knows nothing can understand, and he points out exactly the things I was thinking about, so it was refreshing and satisfying. He didn’t feel super friendly, but I still trusted the surgery details, and it seemed like he was good at setting the design too.
