It was a clinic I first discovered through Instagram reels, so I had a kind of inner familiarity with the director lol I was surprised that in real life he was quieter and more introverted than I expected lol At the very first visit, I consulted with the manager, and they felt a bit light(?) somehow. That made me feel like the professionalism was lacking to the point where I noticed it. We talked using the photos about what kind of surgery I wanted, and they roughly showed me with a cotton swab. The consultation with the director was short, and they just quickly said how they would do the surgery and with what material, then asked if I had any questions. Then they ran an expected after-simulation in a program. They were kind, but somehow it felt lacking. I was also disappointed that they didn’t show after photos separately by time progression. It was my first consultation clinic, so I went in knowing nothing, but later I thought I should have asked them to show the after photos in more detail. Also, even in the photos my nose looked a bit crooked, but they didn’t mention that at all (I later learned at another clinic that I have a deviated septum).
