I went for a consultation because I had seen many mentions online of closed rhinoplasty. I was seen by the coordinator first and the director afterward. The coordinator's way of speaking really bothered me.. It sounded so cheap. Even when I explained the shape or direction I wanted, she spoke as if mocking me, saying it could not be done, so I felt quite uncomfortable The director explained things kindly and well. However, I felt that their preference was for a more glamorous result than the surgical method and direction I wanted, so I left. If you prefer a glamorous look, it may be worth getting a consultation.
