First, my nose has small nostrils, so non-open surgery would be difficult, and I was recommended an open approach. They said they would build support with ear cartilage, improve the columella and tip, and correct the bridge step with fascia. The manager was extremely kind, but the doctor did not give off a particularly kind impression. I wondered if they were just tired? Still, they explained things well when I asked questions, and for the parts that could not be done, they clearly said they could not be done, which made me trust them.
