I went there for a consultation because it's a clinic specializing in revision surgery. The doctor was kind and explained everything clearly in the way I wanted. But when they said that the outer corner that had been stitched into a D shape could not be made sharp again into a < shape, I unfortunately didn't get surgery here. The doctor was honest and kind, so I felt like I wanted to have surgery there, but unfortunately I didn't end up getting it done here.
